Free Training for Junior High/Middle School Aged Students

Mt. Baker CrossFit is offering free fitness training to overweight/obese middle/junior high school aged students who may need assistance in achieving a healthy level of fitness. We are also offering nutritional counseling to the families of the students.

The student and family must agree to the following procedures for acceptance to the program:

1-Apply for the program. Applications are available at Mt. Baker CrossFit, 1100 Roosevelt Ave., Suite D, Mount Vernon, WA, during normal business hours.

2-Schedule a meeting with Skip Chase. The meeting must take place at the students home with parents/parent/guardian.

3-Student must gain physicians approval to enter the program.

4-Student and parents/parent/guardian MUST commit to the students consistent, weekly (at least 3 training sessions per week) participation.
